Nancy is a Massachusettsan. Born and raised in Rochester, New York, she is often mistaken for being a native of the Midwest.
This blog is about her quest that started before she turned 30: to do 30 things she’d never done before in the three months leading up to her birthday. She had so much fun, it became an annual quest. Five years in, one of her birthday list items was to start a blog…and here we are, eleven years later. She always welcomes suggestions for things to add to her birthday list!
A copy editor by weekday, she spends her free time traveling, crafting, and shopping for vintage items. Check out her Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/FanceNanceCreations.
Fuschia, Is this your blog? I love it. You’re a great writer. And yes, I really
thought you were from Kansas City.
Yep, it’s me! Kansas City?? Haha.
Hi Nancy. I’ve been subscribed to your blog for almost exactly two years now (2/7/15). I don’t recall how I found you, but I did and I haven’t missed a post since. I read all of them from the e-mail alerts, though, so I may not be counted in your website numbers, if you track those.
Anyway, I’m writing because I thought I should finally tell you how much I enjoy your writing and the projects you take on. It’s always interesting to see what you’ve got on your birthday list, what you’ve accomplished, and what you remember or who you bring along. Your writing is fun, personable, and inspiring.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much for your kind words, Michelle! I’m so glad that you enjoy reading my blog. If you have any ideas for my birthday list, let me know! 🙂
