Knotting

I took a pearl knotting class earlier in the week. It’s a labor-intensive process, but it’s worth it if you are making jewelry with expensive or sentimental beads. Knotting between each bead keeps them from rubbing against each other, and if the bracelet or necklace breaks, you won’t lose the beads. This is my lovely bracelet:

And speaking of knotting, my head has been in knots for about 4 days now. I was at the gym when it happened. I was lifting a small weight and sitting on a bench when my head started to THROB. And it THROBBED for about 7 hours straight. I went to the ER a day and a half later because I still had a headache. They ruled out bad stuff by giving me a lumbar puncture (ugh) and a ct-scan. They didn’t really have an answer for me, though. And…I still have a headache, albeit a much gentler one. I don’t know if it’s the original headache or the “post lumbar puncture” headache they said I might get. Send healthy thoughts my way, please. Much obliged!!
