My mom was introduced to Young Living essential oils by her former massage therapist. The oils have helped her chronic stuffy nose/sinus problems (she uses a diffuser) and have also helped the circulation in her legs (she uses an oil in unscented lotion).
I’ve been having unexplained pain in my abdomen, so I decided to try an oil in some lotion on the problem spot. It actually helped! It didn’t make the pain disappear, but it lessened it. I’m sold!
My mom places an order once a month in order to pay “wholesale” prices. I decided to try some charcoal soap. It’s all the rage, right?
It’s nice soap…the scent fills my entire bathroom and it is just lovely. I can’t say that I notice a difference in my skin, but that’s OK.
My mom has a bunch of edible oils that you can use for cooking or to enhance your water. I have trouble drinking plain water (it’s just so, plain), so I thought I would try the lime oil in some water.

The water smelled like a luscious lime, but when I tasted it, it was a different story. It was a very faint taste of lime. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it either. Maybe I need to try two drops of oil vs. one next time.
