Brassica Oleracea Var. Botrytis

…better known as “cauliflower.” Over the past few years, I’ve seen so many new ways to eat it. Riced cauliflower, cauliflower mashed potatoes. The list just grows. Because I’ve always been a fan of cauliflower, I’ve tried a variety of items this year, including breadsticks, dips, and snacks. A company called From the Ground Up produces a lot of cauliflower snacks.

I’ve liked everything I’ve tried and am happy to know these healthier options are available.

The breadsticks don’t quite have the consistency that bread does, but they are still tasty.

All of the snacks I’ve tried—tortilla chips, crackers, stalks, and pretzels—receive a thumbs up. I feel a little less guilty to be snacking when I’m snacking on this somewhat healthier snack food.

If you see Open Nature Cauliflower Dip in the grocery store, try it! It’s pretty addicting.
