CBD is found in a variety of products: candy, tincture, lotion, beverages. I’ve tried hard candy infused with it as well as lotion. I can’t say that I’ve noticed any amazing result from either of these, but I also haven’t used either one regularly.
I’m going on week 13 or 14 of a broken ankle and other ailments, so I keep meaning to try the lotion and candy regularly to see if it provides a calming effect. Because it sure is hard to stay calm amid a medical maelstrom.
I picked up something new to try: CBD-infused sparkling water from Daytrip. It is an extra treat because I used to drink seltzer on the regular, until I was told that I should refrain from carbonated beverages due to my silent reflux. Oh, how I miss seltzer. Anyway, I liked the taste; it has a blackberry flavor that is not too sweet. And I always enjoy witty packaging efforts.

The drink was enjoyable; I feel a little sleepy after drinking it, but I don’t know if that’s due to the drink or just being plain tired…
